White Birch is excited to welcome our new Tasting Room Manager - Marie-Hélène Gingras!
Marie-Hélène grew up in Montreal, Canada. After completing her hospitality and wine studies at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), she moved to the US in 2012 to be with her husband - who is a Finger Lakes native and a Chef in the region. In the course of her fifteen years in the hospitality field, Marie-Hélène has worked in Fort Worth – Texas, Chicago and the Bahamas, while gaining proficiency in front-of-house and culinary restaurant management, event planning, and banquet management.
Marie-Hélène holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and is a graduate of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), completing levels 1 through 3.
Marie is fluent in both French and English and brings a bi-cultural background as well as international experience with her to the Finger Lakes.
White Birch Vineyards is very excited to welcome Marie-Hélène to the team and look forward to her bringing her extensive education and experience to the White Birch brand.
