Rosés, also called blush wines, are light pink wines made form several red wine grapes. They get their color from a very short period of contact with the grape skins during the wine-making process. Rosés are light, somewhat fruity and best served well-chilled. The 2016 Pinot Rosè has a pale salmon hue with an intense strawberry nose. It has floral elements, a soft mouthfeel and a spicy finish.
